Tell them you want to be provided a date that is within 3 business days for when you can attend with another moving company to retrieve your belongings and that you want a full refund within 48 hours.
Tell then you will sue for the return of your belongings, return of the money you paid them, damages for inconvenience, any out of pocket expenses you incur, interest and your costs.
You can contact the Law Society and use their Lawyer Referral Service. You will be given the name of a lawyer and can consult with the lawyer and the first half hour will be free.
