This is very complicated because there is no class of sponsorship that allows you to sponsor a grandchild.
As the child is a minor you may be able to adopt the grandchild and then sponsor the child as your dependent child.
So for this complicated issue you cannot simply submit forms but need to consult with an immigration lawyer and then possibly a family lawyer face to face.
You can contact the Law Society and use their Lawyer Referral Service. You will be given the name of a lawyer and can consult with the lawyer and the first half hour will be free.
