I need a canadianHi there, I am getting married and my fiancee signed a contract with a vendor for photography and was in talks to sign one for flower arrangements with the same vendor. She signed the contract with the required amount for deposit (photographh) but gave the vendor an extra amount for the flower deposit if we proceeded to sign with her (thinking she would put the extra on the photography if we didn't).Shortly after, she contacted the vendor and told her due to certain cicumstances we would not be getting flowers. However, the vendor has responded saying she already purchased flowers for our occassion and will not be able to refund the remainder or add it towards the amount for photography due to this.I just wanted some help because I do not want to start any tension with the vendor as we have signed the photography agreement and do not want our wedding experience to be affected during the day of.
