You can sue her for the payment.
You can also legally threaten to sue. So you can send a demand letter that if she does not make some payments within a set time, that you will proceed to sue.
There is no way to take steps such as a lien on her property or garnishee of wages or accounts or so on unless and until you first sue and obtain a court judgement. So other than pressuring her and demanding that she pay, suing is the only way to force her to pay.
This could proceed in small claims court, depending on the limit in the province that you live in.
