Can property management tear down my fence? We live in a
We live in a condo townhome and we did receive approval from the board to raise pir fence by 1 foot but our yard backs onto a main street and we needed more height for privacy so we had to go with 2 feet. Also my daughter who is 5 has severe anxiety and was uncomfy in her own yard due to lack of privacy so its important for us to give her that. Our immediate neighbors are fine with it. Also we know for a fact that our one neighbour did not get approval at all for partially raising his fence. There is a personal vendetta against me as my history with the property manager is not great. Whdn i asked the property manager if my neighbors fence was approved she ignored me. As always. It wss not though...i know this for a fact. She then sent a rude email to us stating that we need to take the fence down altogether which was incorrect. We did get approval for 1 foot already. She should have said to take it down by 1 foot, but did not. We just have dislike for one another which us why she is nasty with me. Im going to fight this but want to know if they can come and tear down my fence. They told me i have until September 20th to do so. … read more
