my problem is last july 2011 I voluntarily surrender my 2008 nissan sentra to nissan plaza motors here in hamilton ontario for so many reason that I am not satisfied anymore to the car because of the tansmission that always give a problem, and one day when i am driving the car in highway 403 stop in the highway for no reason and i found out that the transmission is the problem i sent it to nissan plaza for repair or to fix it and i am asking for a service car to replace my car since they told me it will take a week or more to to fix it, but they told me that they cannot give me a service car since I did not get an extended warranty for my car, so I decide to return or voluntarily surrender the car. now my big big problem i am trying to purchase a new car and I went to sterling honda in hamilton and after they gave me a good deal so i signed the papers and after that their financial officer called me that they cannot process the loan to their honda finacing office because that i have an outstanding amount that is still unpaid to nissan canada according to credit bureau. So my question is how can i resolve this problem to nissan canada to take an action to clear my name to credit bureau so i can purchase a new car that i need it badly to my work. thank you, XXXXX XXXXX isXXXXX and my telephone no.
