Only executors can claim executor fees so the two sisters that signed off don't have any right to claim executor fees.
If your brother has done a lot of work and you've not done any there is no court that would say the fees should be split equally.
In most cases if one executor did not do any work that executor would not be paid.
You say you played some role and that could possibly entitle to you to some fee.
But you should also remember that any fee you take is taxed as income so decide if it's worth it before you possibly end up in a fight about this with your brother.
