As a co-worker you certainly don't have any way of obtaining the phone records unless there is a lawsuit. You have no authority over the phone records of an employee.
But your employer owes you a duty of care and if you are not being treated properly by a co-worker your employer has a duty to take steps to rectify this situation.
If you are being threatened you should be telling the employer.
If they threats are serious in the sense that they are about actually harming you then you should consider reporting this to the police.
