As far as having them off of the property, if there is no agreement or lease allowing them to use the property then you can insist that they remove their property of the cattle and not attend at the farm anymore. They have no legal right to attend.
As for the cattle equipment, normally when land is sold that includes any fixtures to the land, unless specified otherwise. They would almost certainly include any item cemented into the ground. So I can't understand why your lawyer told you these are not included in the land sale and you would have to ask him for a detailed explanation of that opinion.
You can tell them that they must leave your property and if they dispute that they get to remove the cattle equipment then they would have to sue you.
It is more unclear whether something like the granaries are affixed or not if they could be easily removed with just a screw.
