The presumption is that they value will be split evenly.
I don't see any reason why the former wife would get more than the husband based on these facts. It makes no sense to me.
If this goes to court the wife will have to prove why she would get more and given the fact that the both got money from the LOC and the husband paid off the mortgage it doesn't make any sense to me that her lawyer is taking this position.
