Hello ne and my common law fiance are going through a separation. The house is in bc. We have 2 children. I owened a house before I met her. One house in bc one in Alberta . I own my own company. Its based in Alberta. The house is valued at 512,000 with 299,000 owing. She wants to keep the house...but I dont want it in my name so I can buy another house. Also will she have to pay out my half of the value of house if she kept it. And also I dont belive she is entitled to the money from my house in Alberta.besidess the money that she invested. Belive ir was around 50,000. I told her she could keep all the house items. There is a few vehicles as well. 1 is brand new and has 100,000 owing. She wont be able to afford the payments.
