Just so I am sure I understand the facts, are you saying the lawyer got a Judgment against you but the name was spelled incorrectly and in his own hand writing he essentially doctored the Judgment and changed the spelling of the name on the order?

That's fraud.
No one is permitted to do that.
The fact that the lawyer did that is truly shocking.
You can possibly have him charged with fraud.
You can report him to the Law Society as it's misconduct for sure.
And you can take this up with the Registrar at the Land Registry office as the altered Judgment cannot be used to register a lien on title.
But then the lawyer will simply need to go back to court to have the Judgment amended so it will buy you more time but won't really help at the end of the day, unfortunately.
