My Dad died 7 months ago, and my brother is the executor of…

Yes I have a copy of the will. And it says that after expenses it is supposed to be split evenly in 3 ways. I have no access to my fathers bank accounts to prove the amount he had told me, another reason why I didn't really do anything about it before.. And the executor kept changing figures, and wasn't forth coming with information. But now that I know my other brother got less then half of what I got, that for me, is some kind of proof that the executor at least stole the difference!

Oh and the expenses came out of the Money that the executor had said was remaining. So the $100,000 difference from what my father told me was unlocked from the GIC account a month before he died was not expended. And in no way my father had spent it in a month. as his pension and old age covered all of his costs with a little left over.

My brother didn't owe ANY money to my dad. There was also no property. everything was already liquidated and put into a locked GIC account.As my fathers old age and pension covered all of his daily expenses.

The executor told my brother that there was $60,000 exactly left after all expenses and he got a cheque for $20,000 exactly

The executor told me that there was $135,000 left and I got a cheque for $45,000 exactly

The Executor originally told me there was $90,000 Left, I said that was impossible. and then a few days later the executor said to me that there was now $150,000 and then after all the expenses $135,000 all in exact figures of course.

Basically I have 2 issues, first issue is how much money the executor claims was left. and secondly the will states that it was supposed to be split equally between the 3 of us and it obviously wasn't

So my question is what do I do?

How do I found out what money was actually left?
