This does not make any sense to me.
You can dismiss her at will.
You gave her two weeks notice.
You are not in breach of the Employment Standards Act which requires 2 weeks notice.
And as she has not worked there for a year 2 weeks is generally enough, unless she was a manager, under common law.
You don't have to allow her to keep working for you and don't need a reason to dismiss her.
I doubt this will go anywhere.
