Any idea what the statistics say about this?

More often than not the Court will follow the report of the OCL.

But that is not always the case.

There are no statistics on this as they would not really make sense.

Sometimes the recommendations are followed in whole.

In other times in part.

Sometimes not at all.

It depends on the facts and also whether there are other expert witnesses saying something else.
