I am told you cannot see anything. I will change modes.
Since that effort is over, your options are a law suit or an arbitration.
Unfortunately, the only court with jurisdiction is the Supreme Court which is more expensive and less user friendly than the lower court. I assume you will attempt to do this yourself. It is possible but you will need to read the statute and the Civil Rules of Court for how a law suit is brought, what forms are required etc...
Arbitration is also a binding decision just a little less formal. You will need to refer to Division 4 of the Strata Property Act as to how to refer the matter to arbitration. Here is a link to the Arbitration Institute. They assist in finding arbitrators. I would also contact them to inquire how much it costs so you can compare to Supreme Court which could easily reach $1500.00 if court fees alone.

I would think this would only take an hour or two to arbitrate but inquire about fees. The arbiter can make a ruling as to costs as well. Generally the loser pays.
