If the Will says you need to work jointly then she needs to sign everything.
But if the Will says you can make decisions severally then she does not.
If there are just two bank accounts and you don't need to probate the Will then she does not need to renounce.
If there is a need to probate the Will then she has to renounce or you need to get her to sign everything if you need to act jointly.

My deceased mother's estate has gone through probate and

I am beneficiary (living in Sweden since 2003) and my two siblings are both executors and beneficiairies, both living in the US for 11 and 18 years.
