My realtor sent me a text last night saying the highest the buyer can go is 1.8 . I sent a text back stating that was not enough and that I consider our negotiations with the buyer finished. My realtor text me back saying...o.k. I will let them know. There were other people interested my place, one coming for a viewing today and one putting an offer together. This morning my realtor calls to say the buyer has accepted. I question how could he, we were done with him last night. My realtor replies that it wasn't on paper, so the 10 o'clock timeline stands.
