Hello: You have not received a pardon at all for the conviction?

If you have not recieved a pardon, I unfortunately don't have good news for you.

Your admission into the country would possibly not be permitted until you receive confirmation of rehabilitation from a prior criminal offence by the Canadian government. This is required as the charge of DUI is an indictable offence in Canada. Your having a valid licence now or a pledge not to drive while here will not assist.

You need to apply for a rehabilitation as a result of prior criminal record. If you do not do so, there is a chance the border agents will refuse your entry. They may not, but you cannot know for certain until at the border. It is in their discretion to refuse entry. You cannot get advance confirmation of whether you will be allowed entry or not without a formal rehabilitation from the Canadian government.

If the charge can be prosecuted in Canada as an indictable offence, then it is a 10 year wait from the time that you have completed all portions of a criminal sentence, such as paying any fine or serving probation. So you are years away from being able to to apply for a rehabilitation.

Your other option to try to get in to Canada before 10 years is to apply for a Temporary Residence Permit. It is not guaranteed that this would be granted, as it is a discretionary. You would need to pay a non-refundable fee to process this, and this permit is only valid for one visit to Canada, and you would need to reapply to enter any other time. The Permit is only granted for exceptional reasons, and if you can show that there is no risk to safety of society or so on with your entry into the country. See this government web page below if you want a copy of the application form and a description of the documents needed for this, but note that this process takes months to complete and there is no possibility of processing it by next week:

Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed way that you will be able to enter the country without these documents, and your only choice is to either cancel the trip, or take your chances that you will not be turned away at the border.
