If you have given a full statement to the police,and everyone else involved has as well, then there is not really anything else you can do at this stage. You could speak to the Crown Prosecutor to make sure that your views on this are known, and that you continue to have a great deal of concern and fear of this person. You can attend court at his bail hearing, but would not have any role at that time. It will be up to the prosecutor to argue against his release at a bail hearing. If he is convicted of attempted murder or aggravated assault he would be looking at years in jail, even if he has no prior convictions.
