Firstly, retirement pensions cannot be garnished.
Secondly, it is much too late to sue you for a credit card debt from 1992.
It is important that you do not provide a partial payment towards that debt or acknowledge that debt in writing in any way. That could start the limitation period over.
In any event even if the collection agency was able to get a judgment (and they cannot) they cannot garnish your pensions.
