No. Partly because there is not much you can do at this point, so why worry? Either you will get served with a ticket, or not. It is out of your control.

All you could perhaps do is try to make sure you and your passenger can remember clearly what happened, so that if you each want to testify to try and defend any ticket, you can do so. You could drive back through the same place at night to take note if there are any streetlights burned out or so on that would contribute to this happening, even if a driver was taking reasonable care. Make a note of what you remember the pedestrian wearing - all dark clothing? What was the weather like? Make a note of where you were going - it can be relevant because if you were late or in a hurry to get somewhere, it is maybe more believable you were driving too fast for the conditions.

Unfortunately, you could get a ticket up to six months from now. It is very unlikely that if you do not get one soon that you would get one months from now, but it is possible. You want to makes notes of details as you may not remember when time comes for any trial (if you want to fight such a ticket).

But if it was dark, then it is not very likely that the person saw anything to ever identify you or your vehicle. And as long as there was no accident or injury, you have no legal obligation to report the incident. So no, I would not worry about this too much. You can make some notes to give you some peace of mind, but then you need not worry about it.
