I cannot read the contract but if you brought a certain amount of money into the marriage and the agreement says you leave with that then it would come off any assets there are up to the point where are there no longer any assets.
If there are more assets left after you get what you take off the top they will be shared equally if that's what the contract says.
But I think you should have a lawyer review the contract now and make sure you are clear about what it provides and also consider asking him to sign a revised contract if he has put the assets you brought into the marriage at risk.
The reason why this is best is that a Will does not supercede either the marriage contract or the law so that you cannot necessarily give assets he may have an interest in to your kids in the Will.
