The fact that he's not paid child support is 7 years is unheard of so what is going on?
Unfortunately, you cannot sue with respect to the farm or business as this is all a family law matter.
So I suggest you sit down with your lawyer, state this must move forward right after the holidays and see what the lawyer says.
If the answer is not satisfactory, or if there is no answer, then it's time to get a second opinion.
