VerifiedYou would apply for a new order as you don't have an order regarding this issue at all.
So you would bring an application to the Court for custody and serve it on the grandparents and the two birth parents as well if the are living , unless the grandparents actually adopted the child.

You aren't the custodial parent. The grandparents are until a Court Orders otherwise.
I don't know the facts and what the grandparents have done to cause this so it would be unfair of me to tell you what your chances are as I would really just be guessing.
