I recommend you leave Canada and upon return, you have documentation in hand to present to the office in the event that you have an issue to re-enter. The documentation consist of: proof of ties to the US (bank statements, ownership documentation, employment letter etc), proof of funds to support yourself in Canada during your visit. You will need to demonstrate that you are staying in Canada temporarily and that you do not intend to overstay your visitor status. You will also need to demonstrate that you will not engage in unauthorized work.

It is up to the discretion of the officer to let you into Canada. The officer might have your history on file or might not. You should also indicate that you intend to stay for a short period of time and you should provide the office with a return date. If the officer feels that you will stay permanently in Canada, they will refuse you entry.
