VerifiedThe problem for your son, aside from him assisting his father in this way, is that he will be taxed on this income.
And his father certainly better pay the tax.
As well, if your son needs to get student loans for university he won't be able to get them if he has income so be sure he and his father know this as well.
The bigger concern is that your son is being dragged into this situation were he is essentially assisting his father to commit fraud.
