VerifiedYou will have to prove that your aunt and uncle were no long competent when the signed the revocation and new POA forms.
If you cannot do that then you can apply to the Court for a declaration that they are incompetent and for an order appointing you as their legal guardian.
You will have to prove that your cousin is not acting in their best interests but rather considering her own needs, or the estate that she will ultimately inherit etc.
If the Court makes this order then all former POAs of all sort are no longer valid and the guardian makes all decisions.
If your lawyer does not know how to do this then you should find a new lawyer who does as this is complex.
