He doesn't have to pay anything if those expenses are not in his name unless you have an agreement or court order.
If he has been supporting you then it is possible he will be ordered to pay you some spousal support.
But it's not likely he would be order to pay for expenses that he is not even using.
I suggest that your next step should be to consult with a family lawyer this week if possible.
You can contact the Law Society and use their Lawyer Referral Service. You will be given the name of a lawyer and can consult with the lawyer and the first half hour will be $30.
