You can call the police and ask for help.

They may agreed to warn her or could charge her for harassment so long as you can prove your allegations.\

Or you can retain a lawyer who can demand that she cease and desist and essentially threaten a lawsuit.

You can contact the Law Society and use their Lawyer Referral Service. You will be given the name of a lawyer and can consult with the lawyer and the first half hour will be free.
