Earlier I had received and answer for my question re -I had received 4 documents upon trying to enter Canada - Deportation order pursuant to subsection 44(2) (ImmigrationAct) paragraph 41(A) andparagraph 52(1).2nd page says Subsection 44(1) paragraph 41(A) and paragraph52(1). 3rd pageConfirmation of Departure. Page4is seeking entry and did not obtain ARC. Also same time the border agent said I would need possible rehab for crimes inUS 44 yrs ago. BUT in 1979 I was given a Ministers Permit to live and work in Canada in1997 I was deported for a crime there and in2008 I was granted a pardon. There SEEMS to be no mention in the documents that I really do need to either be deemed or apply for rehab . I was already admitted to Canada years after those crimes. I am59 yrs old.
