My son is 3 yrs old and is in a Montessori. As per our Separation Agreement it states "
If either CHRISTOPHER or SENA is unable to exercise
access, or Matias is to be left with a baby-sitter or caretaker
during a period of access, he or she will inform the other, and
the other parent shall have the option of caring for Matias
during such period."
