Why not go over there and see what is happening now or else tomorrow.

If you still don't get the cheque then I suggest sending them a letter, by Registered Mail, and give them a deadline such as to the end of business to pay you and say you will commence legal proceedings otherwise and will be seeking interest and your costs.

You can then sue them in Small Claims Court and can self-represent.

because i sold my car, the dealer is kind of far from my home, and no public transit will get there. Also, i went there this morning, i returned home with no check.

If you are really worried that they have no intention of paying I suggest calling the police.

i worried because the guy i deal with is not picking up any of my phone calls, i been trying for 2 hours already

Yes, there is a main number to call, they transfer me to the guy i dealt with, he is not picking up the phone. I also spoke to another manager in that dealer, and he said he is gonna check what is happening and never returned my call...

I think you should call and ask to speak to the dealer who is the owner or top manager.

And I think you should say you are not willing to wait for someone to call you back but will hold on to the phone while you wait instead.
