Hello, I was arresed mischiff section 430 (4) C.C. I did not do this. I have an alibi, i told this to the arresting officer, i also spoke about the harrasment and abuse i recived from my ex, i brang proff with me,(ex.pictures text messages and written internet chat my ex had with my mannager to get me fired) the officer read the chat message from my mannager. I spoke to the officer via questionair about my ex's peace bond. I have a court date coming up for the charges i need help to find leagl assistance i am a single mother of three working full time at Sobeys and my son is special needs, from what the arresting officer told me max sentance is 4 months and $2000 fine.
