i am 20 years old and i was living in Canada till September…

i am 20 years old and i was living in Canada till September 28 th 2011 , with my family, ( 3 siblings, mom and step dad, ) my dad had a work permit, and we where all pretty much chained to his permit as he was the Applicant, i had a study permit and so did my siblings, and my mom had a work permit as well, so in December 2010 my parent went to go see a immigration lawyer to ask what to do now as the visa is expiring soon , she told them tho to not do anything right now and wait, so which they did, so as in January the letter from the immigration came invitation to discuss our current stay in Canada, my stepdad choose to ignore the letter and didn't tell us anything about it , then a couple month letter came another one which once again he choose to ignore it and not tell us about it , so then start September came the immigration officer's and issued us a exclusion order to leave Canada by the 28 th of September, which we did on our own expense , we are not allowed to renter Canada till September the 29 th of 2012, now i want to go back to Canada, because i wanna study there,plus have a boyfriend i been seeing for over 2 years now, i applied for college, and did get an acceptance letter to start studying in November the 5th 2012, we payed the ENTIRE tuition fee up ahead and have enough money to provide myself thus he being my "provider" , Now my questions are, can i already apply for a study visa ? to study in Canada? or do i need to wait for the one year to be over to apply ? cause it will be over September the 29 th as i already applied for a visa but i just got the letter today that it was denied . my Studys beginn Novemeber the 5 2012, now i would like to know what is thebest way for me to do it ?
i sendet a FUll application package but the reason for denying was that i cant saticfie the officer that i leave canada by the end of my studies , and that i dont have sufficent employment in my home country ( where as i lived in canada the past 5 years ) i couldnt work here ?!?! i just recently started working here again, and another reason for denial was that i had not provided a finacial prove , but which i did bc my boyfriend is the provider, we includet many pay stubs/bank statements and a financial provider letter from him . Now i am contacting a Lawyer to really find out what do i need to do ? as i would like to return to canada as soon my exclusion order ends and befor my studys beginn.. exclusion order ends September 28 th and studies begin Oktober the 1st
