Canada Immigration does not care where you get married.

But if you want to bring her to Canada to get married she will need to prove that she has strong ties to back home so that Canada Immigration does not fear that she will not return home after the visit.

Let me explain how the spousal sponsorship works.

Once you are married you can sponsor your spouse and her son.
The way this works is that the sponsorship application and the permanent resident application go in together. Once you are approved as a sponsor their applications will be processed.
They will need to undergo medical, background and criminal checks.
