In terms of CPP each of you would split the credits he earns of the course of the marriage to you and he would split yours.

In terms of the private pension you would share in the increase in value of the pension over the course of your marriage.

As i mentioned, he is retired and has no intentions to continue working. It means after we will get married no credits he will earn of the course of the marriage to me. Does it mean, in a case of possible divorce, if I will continue working, only he will split my credits, but i will not get any credits from him? Or if I will not work

( he doesn't want me to work) does it mean that in case of divorce i will not be eligible to get any portion of his pension? ( the point is that no credits he will earn of the course of our marriage).Thank you

Yes it does mean that in terms of your credits.

You will not be able to get any of his pension.

But if he is receiving pension that will count as income and could come into play in terms of spousal support.

And I suggest that you discuss the idea of a marriage contract with the lawyer.
