I have been seperated from my husband for almost 2 yrs. i went to see a lawyer
he wrote a letter that for 1 dollar i would be off title of the condo we are on
with mortage when we refinanced it. he refused to sign it because of a car he
bought at a salvage and when he couldnt sell it he had a bill of sale for my
daughter and they made arragment for payments I bought the car from her. i have
bill of sale and registration. i asked him for the bank account number and i
would make the payments he has refused to give it to me.I told him as of 7 days
my offer for the dollar is off the table. who legally owns this silly car. he is
willing to lose his house over a car that is black booked at maybe 4500. he
wants me to pay 150 a month till 11 grand is paid. all i asked for was bank to
put money in he wont.he taked forclosure awhile ago and bankrupcy i an jus
looking to protect me.

i will make the car payments but want to have the bank account number he said he
set up for this car a high interest mutal fund saving account I will put the
payments in the bank not give him cash i would rather not see him. and just
deposit it in the account .

Customer:

that is the reason for me wanting the account number. i dont want and never have
taken money out of our joint account that he did close down because i was able
to watch that account. and he nsf 2 mortage payments. the bank told me he can
close an joint account but the mortage company says he has to tell them and he
has not done that.this being a long weekend i dont know if the payment for condo
was made on the 17. I think he is refusing to give it to me because it does not
exsite. they had on and off payments and at one time he did say that the bank
account hadnt gotten the money or all of it. Him wanting me to pay 150 til 2015
is ridiculos but thats what he wants.black book at 4500 maybe its a salvage and
no warrenty.

He is being stubborn is why he will not say yes or not to the account...that is
his way he is a bully and i am not going to play this anymore. about the 7 days
of my offer can i take it off the table my lawyer does not seem to see how
depresate i am to get off that title. my health has suffered..my stress level is
way up and he has been bothering my 8th month prenant daughter about this silly
car. if i take the offer of payments off will it get tied in with the divorce.
he bought it when we were together is that not joint property. i am all but
ready to give that car to him and be done with it.but he has been mean and cruel
for 2 long and i have been nice for to long

because i want to see the told he says is in there as it doesnt add up to what
my daughter said has paid and i dont belive he even has an account.He just wants
to be difficult and well a bully. show me he kept up his end of there deal and i
will conntinue to make the payments .If he did not do as he stated is that not a
breach of the contract on his part.

the bank acounnt and we take it from there or just tell me there is none..i knew
more than once when we were still on talking terms when she alaways paid in cash
it went right into his pocket or else where..he would say good i need gas and

there is no creditor he bought the car fixed it sold it to my daughter on this
payment plan. the car was bought when we were together. some payments he did not
worry about or said i will use the steam claner instead of money so no i dont
think the ban account is there..The car was bought for 6000 from one of are
credit cards

he thinks i should pay 150 a month to him till 2015 when 11 grad would be paid
for it..it is a salvage with no warrenty he fixed with our money why should i
pay him for a car i partly at this time own...do i not i have the bill of sale
from my kid and they made a paid in full when she bought it on the payment
plan..he has refused to sign my offer of 1 dollar because of this stupid car..

sorry i do have a bill of sale paid in full and it is regsetered to my daughter
still...There is no bank account i told him a month or so ago ..I think he is
stalling with this car..i gave him till 3 pm friday to get me the bank nmber and
sign that paper he didnt saying my lawyer said he would call him my lawyer eorks
for me..i told him and have had no contect since

thats right he asked me when he thought she bought it and added the amounts of
150 a month give or take and gave me a bogus number and said now you pay 150
till 11 grand is paid i say fine lets see bank account he he says nope

i am tryin to keep the car my daughter does need it.. i own it ..my lawyer says
they had a verbal agreement but he never put the money in account he said he
would so he broke that contract. I told him i will take the offer for a doolar
off the table as of wed.is it worth selling ur house for a dam car.....!!!!!

my daughter is affarid he is going to cue her over this car. she is 8 months
pregnant and the day he got my lawyer letter bout the title of the house he
called her in mins and asked for his car payment...there is a problem with the
baby and she feels bad now for selling it to me and thinks its holding up the
divorce..i have told him 3 times to leave my kids alone

for 2 days now. I think it has sunk in the house will be sold and he is to dam
stuborn to give me a dollar to stop it

i am not giving in this time he was over on evening about 3 weeks ago and i told
him i had legal concil..then he acts shocked when he gets the letter.. He knows
i am serious.yet my lawyer is giving him time and telling him he will call him
next week who is guy workng for me or him..i am not doing this outta spite as we
have talked before i have tried rally hard to be nice and let him keep his dam
house but he broke my heart again in the summer and fall and had a girfriend

it is stressing my pregnant daughter bad and i am not willing to give that dam
car back i helped buy it and pay for it and fix it. I told him that it will cost
him more in courts if i go for it all the condo the farm that is paid for and
the asssests there he has not dun taxes on a small buisness he started ..i am
not ready to just settle now.. Yes i am angey and its time to show him you cant
push me anymore he has 2 nsf on the condo already..all i ever hear not my
concern it is when it is with my dam creidt too

he says i have no right to the farm i am not on the title.he wont refinance
it..to clear up his depts he borrowed 10,000 from a friend.he has racked all the
credit cards right back up to the max i am not sure if i am on more than 1. he
is 2nd holder on 2 of mine but it is clear i have made the purchases and they
are in good standing.i am working on getting him off them but for right now they
maybe my ememergency money if this lawyer keeps asking for more money..he closed
a bank account we were joint that the condo payments came out of so i cant see
it on line anymore.talked to the broker he said he has to tell them he is
changing bank account and has not he is making him self look worse. he can close
a joint account i am told alone but the mortage was coming out of that 1 he has
another in the same bank till tues i will not no if the 17th payment was mad as
its a holiday in alberta

i am not getting off the mortage is what he is not getting just the title for
right now..i cant get off the refinancing right now. we will have to sell. he
has talked bankrupcy and foreclourse thats when i got lawyer i need to protect
myself to. i have 5000 in rrsp can he tocuh them in the divorce..i think he is
hiding assests...the courts and tax man will not be to happy with him and his
not at least tryin to co operate.

i left the home with the car a different one we paid for in cash and my personal
stuff i had no furniture or anything and i had to pay first and last rent
here..so yes i have had more dept too but i am up to date and over pay the
minunum every month. i have dun my taxes every year and as i said tried very
hard for it not to come to this but i will not sit on a condo when he has a
girlfriend and shouldnot be expected to for another 5 yrs i would like to buy a
place of my own and cannot till we settle all of this he says just tell the bank
to call him when i find a place.lol. they dont care what he says they look at
numbers and i have a mortage.
