My Father passed away and he had a house thst transferred to my brother "in trust". There are 5 siblings and my oldest sister and this same brother are exectors, however very little monies, involved. The house is for sale now and the will states" to transfer and deliver 15% of my estate to " each remaining child, except my oldest brother who receives 40%, as he lived with my Dad for 7 years prior to his death.
My Questions are:

1. In the will document it reads for 3 children as sisters and brother instead of daughters and son, can this cause any problems with disbursement of funds once the house is sold?

2. The house being sold has had showings and now a possible offer, is there any obligations to the executors to keep the 3 siblings informed on these activities or consulted about offers, spending of existing funds, accepting of offers and distribution of the interior articles in the home?

There has been a definite divide in our family since our Dad died and without causing conflict I need to know if legally the other 3 siblings have any legal rights when it comes to this will. The house was joint with my Dad and youngest brother, reverted to the brother in trust at death. The funds in the bank account, approximately $22000.00, were joint with myself and Dad. I got a draft from the bank at Dad's death and turned it over to the executors where I understand it was put in an estate account, being used to run the house where my brother still lives, until it is sold.
However, the other 3 siblings have never received any statements or account of these funds. Is this legally correct?

Any help you can provide in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
