You can appply to the Court to have your agreement incorporated into an Order and then you can register your Order with the Family Responsibilty Office.

They can seek to enforce the Order for you by garnishing the pension payments.\

You can also apply for the CPP credit split if you have not yet done so.

Thank you for you response. It has answered my question. I have already applied for CPP credit split although it was nominal because I worked throughout the 30 yrs of marriage.
