I am the executor of my broters estate. My sister has constantly interfeared from the day of his death. She phoned the funeral home demanding half the ashes , I then had to put the creamation on hold and send a copy of the will proving I was the executor.
She then kept harrassing the local commisioner of oaths for a copy of the will. She then went to the bank where she knew the manager and I was refused any information and I also held power of attorney.
She then arranged a fake ceremony and went ahead and bought a plot and grave marker and then she held a wake only inviting certain family members , but my brothers wishes were to be creamated and for me to take him home and bury him with me when I die.
My sister also withheld $5000 from my brother who recently passed away that was payable from the estate of a brother who passed away 5 years ago. Now I want here to hand over the $5000 as it belonged to my brother who recently died.
I cannot accept her meddling in affairs that I control , nor did I see her or other siblings come up to bat when my brother was dying . Does she have a right to run interference and must she hand over the $5000 payable to my brothers estate.
Can she be legally charged for with-holding funds that were payable 5 years ago.
