What kinds of items were there and why were they left there and what was the agreement about them?
Customer:
There was some furniture and some pictures, vases and knick knacks.... our purchase offer (that was accepted) said that we would take the home with all it's contents.
Customer:
The mortgage co that sold it to us said that they would pick stuff up by our closing date but nothing was removed
Customer:
our lawyer said it was a done deal when nothing was gone by the closing but now the guy who was forclosed upon is threatening to sue us

They cannot come back a year later (or almost a year ) and ask for anything.
