Mothers name was on title when given back to the bank.
Customer:
Because i was told this, by a lawyer, since there are no funds yet in the estate, the executor (s) is responsible for her debts. I think, "this sounds good!" the lawyer is general, does not specialize .
Customer:
But. once the Will is settled, the funds can come from that to pay off this debt.

That is not true unless the executor did something wrong and gave out money of the estate.

The is a debt of the estate and an executor is not liable for such a debt.

The bank had no right suing you.
