In the Province of BC, during a standard construction project and using standard CCDC 9B Statutory Declarations that state, I solemnly declare that, as of the date of this declaration, I am an authorized signing officer, partner, or sole proproetor of the Subcontractor named in the subcontract identifed above, and as such have authority to buind the Subcontractor, and have personal knowledge of the fact that all accounts for labour, subcontracts, products, services, and construction machinery and equipment which have been incurred directly by the Subcontractor in the performance of the work as required by the Subcontract, and for which the Contractor might be held responsible, have been paid in full as required by the subcontract up to and including the latest progress payment received. Contract is a CCA 1 2001

what am I legally responsible to pay to subcontractors and material suppliers, only the amount that I have been paid or all materials, labour and subcontractor billings even if that is over what I have been paid?

construction draw funds. A construction contract on a CCA 1 2001 contract and using CCDC9B Statutory Declaration document for draw funds stating that all outstanding monies owed have been paid in full. My question is this, legally what am I liable to pay? All monies rec'd from the client or all monies outstanding on the project?
