hi- i got married when i was in Canada and got my PR- then i moved back to
jordan and got married there to Jordanian wife and have three kids- its been 12
years since my separation ( not divorce) from first canadian wife... now i want
to move back to canada will my jordanian wife could be sponsored by me?
P.S when i left canada i was Permanent resident and i came back and i was
eligible for canadian Citizenship and now I'm canadian (summary when i married
the second time i wasn't Canadian)

This marriage is not considered to be valid in Canada because you were married.

But you can sponsor a common law spouse just as you can a legally married
spouse.

dont have common in law in Arab countires specially JOrdan so will not be good
ground for sponsoring also , to clarify my qauestions are:
