Province of Ontario: I am the oldest child and the only daughter of my mother who is presently 87 yrs old. Years ago she made a Will with me as sole Executor. I have three younger brothers. My mom has recently informed me that 3 years ago she went to the lawyer';s office and added my oldest brother's name on the Will as an Executor with me. That wouldn't be a concern for me except that, he has and still has Revenue Canada watching him for suspected undeclared income in a very large amount. I'd like to know how this is going to affect estate matters once my mom has passed. I need some proper legal information to take to my mom and other brothers to convince them that it's a bad idea to have him as an Executor and have mom take him off and put one of my other brothers on.
