My question is if you made an purchase over at Shoppers Drug Mart at Callingwood at #332 #610-6655 178St Edmonton, AB for $84.02 and then you had came back to them three weeks later on July 21, 2011 after speaking with the Cosmetic Manager approving that one of my purchase comes with a free gift bag and then she gets her front end manager Dan Miles to threaten me and told me I've been banned from there after asking what did I do. He assumed that I've stole after waiting to hear back from the Cosmetic Manager. How can you do that, when I've never seen or met the guy in my life? The old owner left Bill Lowe when I've last spoke with regarding my customer experience with my previous agent have left resulting the same incident of front-end manager giving me a hard time over an free fragrance sample that they have given to me and now 9 years later they come with a different story. I never stole in my lifetime, after making purchases over purchases at that location because it was an closest location to my house. If they didn't excort me by security or police, nor did I've signed anything or had a picture of me, I don't know how they can do that to their customers. I feel that is poor business conduct and professionalism from one guy that needs to compromise himself from that position because if he can't prove that I did it, then he can be fired from his job. I like that be taken in consideration for the threat I've received.
