So aside from seeking retroactive child support what can she do to you?
In any event, you can apply to have her application dismissed for delay.
You can then apply for the divorce on your own.
If would best to at least consult with a family lawyer who can advise you as to how to bring the motion to dismiss.
You can contact the BC Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and use their Lawyer Referral Service. You will be given the name of a lawyer and can consult with the lawyer and the first half hour will be $25.
