Hello, I rear-ended a car...

Hello, I rear-ended a car (low velocity impact) and want to pay the compensation instead of going through the insurance. please give me some advice. My car has no damage at all, her car has two small dent caused by my license plate bolt. no person injured. If we are going to sign an auto accident release form, should both of the owner of the damged car sign the agreement (the car is owned by two persons and insured for two persons). we are in Ontario. Also, how can I draft the release agreement to protect me, just in case she will claim to my insurance at a later date or will come back to me ask for more for the personal injury?

Yes Debra, I still want my question to be answered. Especially someone who can help me to draft an automobile accident general release form to protect me so that there is no possibility that the other party claims to my insurance at a later date or come back to me to ask some extra compensation because after a while she felt she was injured.
