They told me he would get a full pension when he is no longer working. He has been working up to now age 74. We requested pension for him and they said they cannot change the date he started. We would not have taken out the pension then if we knew he would be only eligible for a small amount. cpp 120, per month and OA 45. Now we need the full pension to live. Hi my mom passed away and I am co-executor of her will with her second husband. My mom was receiving a portion of my Dad's pension and now those cheques are written out to her estate. Her second husband has been getting them. The pension board (Ontario Teachers) says that my Dad will have to continue to pay my mom's husband for the rest of his life. This doesn't seem right.
